CANDY MITTENS are classic and simple mittens for the whole family. The pattern includes 4 children's sizes, women's and men's sizes.
The mittens are worked in the round on dpns, and have a simple and classic 2, 2 rib. The hand is worked in stockinette stitch, and to give the mitten a good fit, increases for a thumb gusset is made. The mittens can be worked with stripes or in unicolour.

Yarn requirement, uniolour mittens: 1 (1) 1 (1) 2 (2) skein(s) of Lamauld or Lamatweed.
Recommended needle size: Four 4.5 mm double pointed needles.
Gauge: Approx. 19 sts x 26 rnds = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on a 4.5 mm needle.
If the gauge is not correct, try with smaller or bigger needles.
