CHESTNUT MITTENS are fingerless mittens knitted in the round on double pointed needles and have a simple 2x2 ribbing. The hand is knit in stockinette stitch with increases for the thumb gusset, which gives the mitten a nice fit.
These fingerless mittens are an incredibly beginner friendly project. After the written pattern, you will find a detailed photo tutorial. The pictured model is the child mittens, model 1.
The mittens are knitted in LAMAULD or LAMATWEED.
